Our Classes

  • Pilates Mat

    A classical and modern approach to Joseph Pilates mat class.  This class focuses on the smaller muscle groups in the body which help stabilize the core and spine. We use the magic circle and light weights. 

  • Barre

    Low impact strength training focusing on the larger muscle groups in the body (thighs, glutes, arms, core).  Strength is built by isometric contractions, light weights, and high repetition.

  • Strength 45

    This is a 45 min bootcamp style strength class. Also low impact like barre and pilates, but we use heavier weights, medicine balls, and bands.
