Private instruction developing a plan to achieve your individual health goals.

Semi Private

Grab a workout buddy! Semi privates are another great option to get a tailored, weekly workout of your choice.

Trios

Working out in small groups is always more fun! Similar to a private or semi private lesson, choose between Pilates/Strength/Barre

Reformer

Private instruction on the Pilates reformer using springs and pulleys for resistance.

$90 per hour

Small Group Classes

Pilates mat: A 60-minute classical and modern approach to Joseph Pilates mat class.  This class focuses on the smaller muscle groups in the body which help stabilize the core and spine. We use the magic circle and light weights. 

Barre: A 60-minute low impact strength training focusing on the larger muscle groups in the body (thighs, glutes ,arms, core).  Strength is built by isometric contractions, light weights, and high repetition.

Strength 45:  A 45 min bootcamp style strength class. Also low impact, like barre and pilates, but we use heavier weights, medicine balls, and bands.
