About Jessica

Momentum and movement have always been an integral part of my life. I started ballet when I was 2.5 years old, and by age 9, I was dancing and training five days a week. I continued my classical ballet career through high school, college, and after college as a professional ballerina. The Pilates reformer entered my life around age 14 when I was rehabilitating from ballet injuries. From the moment I started training on a reformer, I knew it would be a part of my life forever.

Once I hung up my pointe shoes, it only made sense to move into a full-time fitness career. In addition to my Pilates certification, I received certification in the following: ACE Personal Trainer, Balletone, Zumba, Silver Sneakers, BOSU, AFAA Group Fitness, Pound, and Barre, as well as other certifications. I have taught at private studios and gyms nationwide and am thrilled to finally have my own home studio! Small group training is my passion. I have discovered through my teaching over the years, that a group of six-ten people offers a sense of balance and community that encourages clients to build friendships and invest in those around them. I hope you will join me for some healing, community, and balance!
